I. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 8:12 pm by Kyle Kozloff.

II. Minutes

The minutes from the May 1 Annual meeting were approved as submitted online.

III. Treasurer’s Report. Rob reported on membership dues received since the annual meeting..

IV. Old Business.

A. Kyle reported on an ongoing conversation with residents who live across from the Park who said that their property had been damaged by a land slide from the park.

B Brush clearance was discussed.

V. Election of officers. The board elected the following officers:

A President: Kyle Kozloff

B Vice President: Cece Karz.

C Secretary: Chuck Goodwin.

D Treasurer: Robert Plotkowski

VI. New Business

A.  Cory discussed a request from a community member for a copy of one of the original Crestwood Hills photos.

B.  The plaque honoring Scott Regberg is now in the park. The board discussed placing a memorial in the upper park as well.

C.  On Thursday, August 25th board members and community members are invited to work in the community archives.

D.  Cory reported on the Brentwood Community Council meeting.

E.  The board discussed the necessity of having story poles when additions are planned.

F. Kathy Leader and Kristin Kozlowski will serve as the welcoming committee.

G. Robert Plotowski briefly noted several issues to be discussed at the next meeting.

H Alex MacDowell discussed creating a community garden.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:41 pm.

The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 16th at Cece Karz’s.
