I. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 8:04 pm byKyle Kozloff.
II. Minutes
Minutes from the November 16th meeting were distributed and approved.
III. Treasurer’s Report. Rob reported on current membership and finances. We have 119 paid members which is below where we have been at this time of the year in the past
IV. Old Business.
A. Kyle obtained photos of some possible benches for a memorial to Scott Regberg in upper Crestwood Park. There was extensive discussion as to what would constitute the best memorial for Scott.
B. Community Garden. Alex will include something about plans for the garden in the views.There was extensive discussion about how to include the community and the school in working with the garden.
C. A potential replacement for Hagy was supposed to come to the meeting, but was unable to because of health issues in his family.
D. Cory reported on examination of the archive room. She requested more file cabinets. The current method of storing rolled up drawings in PVC pipe cannot be sustained. The board discussed trying to digitize the plans. A major difficulty is the size of the drawings.
V. New Business
A. Ara will attend the next BCC meeting on January 3rd. Kathy will attend the February meeting. Cece will attend the March meeting. Alex will attend the April meeting. Cece will attend the May meeting. Robert will attend the June meeting.
B. There have been 2 burglaries on Kenter recently.
C. There was extensive discussion about the Views, including publishing it on the web.
V. New Business
Eddy Swink from 1336 N. Tigertail attended the meeting as a community member. He asked where in the bylaws he could determine what we are allowed to do with our community property. He is concerned about plans to develop the bowl that arise periodically since it is adjacent to his back yard. He was concerned that people clearing brush there was throwing combustible cuttings in the canyon, and that they have destroyed two burrowing owl habitats. He said that the workers have also stolen prickly pear fruit from trees in his yard. He requested a map of the community showing what property is owned by the association. Extensive discussion. followed.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:33 pm.
The next meeting will be held on Tue sday, January 17th at Kyle Kozloff’s 711 Hanley.
