The Crestwood Hills Association annual meeting was held June 1 at the newly open Crestwood Hills Park clubhouse. The park and clubhouse are now open part time but will closed again sometime after the summer to complete renovations. It will reopen permanently after that.

Treasurer, Randy Fred reported that the community is financially solvent. We have approximately 160 members but should have close to 200.

Bruce Judhen, who lives adjacent to Crestwood Hills, and is on the board of the Brentwood Homeowner’s Association, reported on the great amount of continuing construction in the neighborhood. He has put together a report on construction impacts summarizing issues such as the hours when construction work is permitted. how long dumpsters can be parked on the street, etc.

CHA president, Kyle Kozloff encouraged people to fill out a brief survey about their wishes for the community during the meeting.

New board members Jennie Prebor and Emese Wood were elected to board for 2 year terms along with returning board members, Allison Baratelli, Cory Buckner, Charles Goodwin, Kathy Leader,
Departing members of the board, Rand Fred and Christopher Wargin were warmly thanked for their service to the community.
